Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Went here specifically for the banh mi. Although it wasnt the traditional crispy baguette, but instead just a regular hoagie roll, the flavor of the grilled pork is spot on. Could use a little more acidity from the pickled veggies but otherwise a solid hoagie if youre not too picky about your bread. Price was decent for the size, more expensive than other viet spots but bigger hoagie"
"Simply the best banh mi in Philly. Deserves a Michelin star. And they’re so nice! I call this place my second home and would definitely wait hours for a succulent chicken banh mi from lees."
"I had the freshest tofu banh mi from here (made vegan) for the first time yesterday and it was the best one I ever had! Thank you to my coworker for providing this holiday treat. He tried Lee's Market because another coworker of ours recommended this place. All of our team was like, "Now, where's this place?!?!" A gem! Thank you Lee's Market!"
"Love eating here all the time the food rocks and the guy that takes order is supper nice and make you feel welcome and want to come back. The food is spot on all the time"
"Ordered a double cheeseburger and fries, didn’t realize it came in a platter. The guy that took my order made it a platter for me, as opposed to charging me a la carte. Food was cooked a very reasonable time frame (less than 10 minutes). The food wasn’t nasty, but not anything to rave over. It was nice and hot, fries were nice and crispy. But honestly, nothing special. Nothing to make me break my neck to visit here again, unless I’m close by. The customer service was the best part of my experience, which was spectacular. Parking is “if you can fit, just don’t get a ticket” Ill visit again, maybe."
"A friendly welcome whenever I call, fast service and amazing food. Can’t believe how good the Bahn Mi is!! And their fries hidden gem."
"Banh Mi is huge, toppings are super fresh, super tasty."
"Their Vietnamese Bahn Mi is a MUST TRY! This is a pork one and it tastes amazing."
